Bethel's own heating, air and pool heater crew.

Bates HVAC is a Bethel company. Jason, an Army veteran, runs it from here, and Bethel and the rest of eastern Clermont County are the closest calls we get.

Out here a house might have a gas furnace, an oil furnace or a heat pump, and plenty of yards have a pool. We work on all of it, so one call covers the basement and the backyard.

Bethel is home, so a call from here is a short drive.

The houses in Bethel

Older homes in the village, farmhouses and newer builds on bigger lots out in the township. Homes that sit a long way from a gas line often heat with oil or a heat pump.

What the weather does here

Hot, humid summers and cold snaps in winter. Close to Harsha Lake, a lot of families want the pool warm enough to use in May and September.

What we do in Bethel

• Furnace repair, gas and oil. Gas and oil furnaces, all makes and models. Repairs, cleanings and replacements, and we explain what we find in plain terms.
• Pool heater repair and installation. Gas and heat pump pool heaters, fixed or replaced. Heaters that shut off, leak, smoke or won't light are most of what we hear about.
• Heat pumps. Heat pump repair and service, so it keeps the house comfortable all year and lasts as long as it should.
