A pump that runs, and costs less to run.

The pump moves the water through the filter and the heater. When it stops, the pool starts going green and the heater can't do its job, so a dead pump usually comes first on the schedule.

If yours needs replacing, we usually recommend a multi-speed or variable speed pump. They can use up to 75% less electricity, run longer at a lower cost, and keep the water cleaner.

What the job includes

• Pump diagnosis and repair
• Pump replacement
• Multi-speed and variable speed upgrades
• Pump and heater installed together
• Warranty repairs

Signs it's time to call

• The pump won't start or hums without turning
• Loud grinding or screeching
• Weak flow at the returns
• Air in the pump basket
• Breaker trips when the pump starts

What it costs

We don't list repair or install prices, because the right answer depends on your equipment. We look first, explain what we found, and give you the price before any work starts. Financing through Wisetack is available on bigger jobs.

From a customer

"My pool pump stopped running and they were able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule. They came out at the time scheduled, diagnosed the problem and will be replacing under warranty. No hassle!"Jeremy G., review on bateshvac.com
